Each individual may operate only one account on 1xbad. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts and balances being permanently forfeited.
There are no hidden charges on deposits or withdrawals. Payment limits and processing times are disclosed upfront. If a payment is delayed, it will be resolved within 24 hours.

If a match is cancelled, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded. In the event of a technical issue during in-play betting, 1xbad will provide compensation in accordance with its established policy.
If you disagree with a decision, you may submit a written appeal within 7 days. 1xbad will review each appeal and provide a response within 72 hours.

1xbad is a regulated platform. KYC verification is mandatory to comply with international gaming and anti-money laundering regulations. You may be asked to verify your identity in the following situations:

1xbad reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were incorrectly published due to a technical error. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.

1xbad regularly reviews these Terms and Conditions and updates them as needed. Notice of significant changes will be provided via email or on the platform prior to taking effect.
Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you object to any change, you may request to close your account.

Frequently asked questions about bonuses and bet settlement
Wagering or turnover requirement means that before you can withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount — or the combined bonus and deposit — must be wagered a specified number of times.
For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the wagering requirement is 10×, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw. That ৳10,000 refers to your total stake — not your net winnings or losses.
Every bonus offer on 1xbad clearly states the wagering multiplier. Before claiming any offer, check the multiplier in the "Terms & Conditions" section on the offer page. You can also track your current progress in real time — including how much has been wagered and how much remains — in the "Bonuses" section of your account.
Important: Not all markets count toward wagering — typically only bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher are eligible. Bets at lower odds or on restricted games do not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
If a match is completely cancelled or abandoned, the standard rule is that all bets are voided and the full stake is returned to the wallet. This is typically processed within a few hours of the cancellation.
However, if a match is abandoned midway after a specified number of overs or minutes, the situation is handled differently. In cricket, if the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, bets will be settled according to that result. In football, if at least 75 minutes of the scheduled 90 minutes have been played, most markets will be settled based on the score at that point.
